Mr. Rajesh Shirke is a License Fire Auditor from Maharashtra Fire Services, Govt of Maharashtra. He is an Ex- Indian Navy Artificer having an Equivalent Degree in Naval Architecture & Mechanical Engineering. Has served in the Indian Navy for more than 15 years. He has specialized in Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Warfare and Damage Control including Advance Fire Fighting. He is a visiting expert faculty at Mumbai University, Garware Institute of Disaster Management. He has a strong background in Fire & Life Safety Audits & Conducting Fire Safety Trainings & Evacation Mock Drills. He has successfully passed the Safety Courses from NEBOSH (UK), NFPA 13 (US) & National Safety Council of India. He has conducted more than 1500 trainings and mock drills for various Corporate, Hospitals, Restaurants, Residential Buildings etc. He is a passionate Safety Auditor / Trainer and Motivator. He is among the top five safety trainers in the country. Through the non – profit organization FSAI (Fire & Security Association of India) he has trained more than 03 lakhs students. He was awarded the “Fire Crusader” of the year award by FSAI for achieving this landmark.

He has been an expert speaker & panellist in the IDAC exhibition & conferences, and has delivered an expert talk on “Fire Safety Challenges in High-rise Residential & Commercial Buildings in India” Has closely worked with Mumbai Fire Brigade through FSAI on various Fire Safety initiatives undertaken by Mumbai Fire Brigade & Maharashtra Fire Services, such as Fire Safety Week rallies & demos, Combat 360 etc. He has conducted a specialised training program on “Structural Fire Safety & Dangers from Structural Collapse” for 100 fire brigade personnel of Tamilnadu Fire Services and also for Baroda Fire Brigade. His podcast has been shown on Door darshan channel on importance of Fire Safety trainings & Mock Drills. He is a proud member of FSAI, Rotary Club & ISTD.
